If you recall, Net Shepherd has announced that one of the areas they plan to focus on is the area of Customer Relationship Management. Over the past few days, I have been researching some follow-up information related to this area.

Ever since the company announced their signing of a licensing agreement with Pivotal for their Customer Relationship products, I have been intrigued and interested in digging deeper into how Net Shepherd might maximize the opportunity that this agreement presents them - and with whom.

The connection that really turned on the proverbial light bulb in my head was an article that a friend sent me. My friend knows of my interest in technology, the Internet, E-commerce, and E-business. He felt I might appreciate how it might relate to another stock we both have shares in. However, after reading it, this article meant turned on more light bulbs related to Net Shepherd than the one he had intended me to think about. Why, well because it enabled me to be able to connect a few more dots in the NSI puzzle. As a result, I am posting my thoughts here.

Please excuse the way in which I will be posting this information (in a three part series), however I feel that this is the best way to really show what I believe is the tremendous potential before NSI.

Post #1 - A discussion of Net Shepherd's licensing of Pivotal's Customer Relationship Application (note: this is a re-post of an earlier one).

Post # 2 - An article which explains the link between Enterprise Relationship (ERP) focused Companies and their drive to provide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as one of the important components of a fully integrated and "complete" service. Please note the mention of the company BAAN within the article. BAAN is one of the top ERP vendors in the world!

Post # 3 - Summary and a discussion of one of Net Shepherd's BOD members. This person represents the Vanenburg group of companies. Note, there is a very important connection to BAAN.

After you read all three of these posts, I hope that you get as excited about this information as I was. Hmmm, make that ". . . as I am".
