As far as I know, the largest "concern" of the critics is usually high inventory levels. APC's mgmt team addresses this issue often but the critics seem to ignore company guidance. APC's guidance, in general, is usually pretty conservative and, for some reason, this seems to provide the critics ammunition for their attacks. Year after year APC shows continued solid growth in the face of all the critics.

Let the critics do their thing, is my motto. This allows people like myself to buy the stock very cheaply.

As a user of their products, I can say that APC has saved my company thousands of dollars and many hours worth of trouble since we have lightning strikes near our office during the spring and fall seasons.

Just my 2 cents.
