One more question and I will stop bothering you. I am just getting excited because many of the stocks I follow are basing.

HPO - How do you count when it crosses between the TEENs and the TWENTIES.

H count 8 (* 1.5 = 12)
Is the HPO 27.5 or do I have to do some sort of conversion at 20 which would push the HPO higher?
