I saw an announncemment from Checkpoint yesterday that they would be bundled into Bay Net servers. They would have the feature of allowing the net admin to control access to services on a node/user basis. That means control over use of the web, e-mail, lotus notes, etc. That's an addition to firewall, but it seems like a very valuable tool to safely bring inter/intranet without having all the employee's spend their day trading stocks and watching cyberbabes.

Checkpoint Technoologies is not public yet. So many offerings. Hope Raptor can distinguish itself. The 3d angle may be important?
