Dana Verrill WAS the previous management!!! He just managed to hang on long enough while other money and other professionals, like Wally Noel, (who was asked to step in by Roy A. Herberger, Jr. the former SMU business dean who was an outside director of the board) took the company out of bankruptcy. The Switzerland site has nothing whatsoever to do with the Texas Company...they just have the same origin, Roberto Albini and his son Massimo.
