Part of the problem with PDYN is , unlike other hot broadband companies that ipoed recently, Paradyne has significant dead load as narrow band products. Their earnings is getting negatively affected by the narrowband junk that they are still carrying. Unless they become a pure broadband play, thevaluation will not be similar to other pure broadband companies. Another short term issue is the insiders dumping 5.5 mil shares at 31 as the secondary offering last month. Things may change if they come out with some good news on wednesday .
