Out to everyone? Do you think the price will jump when they hit TO or will people wait another month until some stats on user start to flow in.
Call-net, the situation is not a big deal from CY point of view-they will fulfill there end, it the perception of a problem that may hurt CY.

OF COURSE SOME NEWS SAYING EVERYTHING IS FINE WOULD HELP
