Rob, check out the SEC filing rules and regs for the info. I don't have the link now as I lost ALL my bookmarks not long ago and am in the process of rebuilding. I believe the premise behind not releasing news while in the filing process is because if they do they must start over; as I understand it. The filing company has to document and prove each PR they ever made as part of the filing process. Unless something has changed that was the last I heard anyway. Hope this helps you out. Dusty
