hi, same question i asked before... is there a lock on canadian telcoms preventing u.s. ownership? i see vstr mentioned as a possible in a buyout as they are putting together a n.amer. gsm entity, but can they buy into mictf? i'd love to own vstr again - got it for free, sold it at 38 and it has gone over 80. left more on the table than i had expected. don
