Interesting thing is that they initiated coverage with a sell. It was not actually a downgrade which I think would be worse as that represents a change of opinion as opposed to a new opinion. Also sell recs are rare. I would not put any weight in the coverage but I think it could easily explain the drop. NTAP is lofty and it does not take much to shake out some of the half-hearted. No way somebody initiating coverage has reliable info from the company about a problem that did not go thru the analysts that cover the stock regularly (IMO), so I dismiss it entirely. GR
