SNRS -- time to short again? (last time was July). Its laser was rejected last summer by FDA review panel; company says extended data shows better results than were available to panel; is continuing to pursue FDA PMA approval. Up second day in row from under 5 to current 8. Hemorrhaging red ink with cash reserves expected to barely cover end of current quarter. 44 million share float; nearly $300MM market cap and about $30K in annual revenues and spinning down.
