Bought in size today! Hey, Captain Jack! Long time since the TAVA wars, eh? MT offerring a 46 cent dividend is just too juicy to pass up. I researched this stock up and down, and really can't find much downside. Their LTD/assets ratio is lower than most medical REITs, and LaQuinta gives them diversification. DocStone
