SAN FRANCISCO, Oct 25, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Laying the groundwork for the syndication of broadband content on the Web, iSyndicate announced today strategic partnerships with leading rich media sites to distribute content featuring full-motion video and CD sound across the Web. These partnerships represent the first widespread syndication of rich media content on the Internet with additional strategic relationships to be announced in the near future.

As part of the deal, customer Web sites who license and host content will incorporate a co-branded version of Mjuice.com and iSyndicate. Maintaining the look and feel of the site, songs will be served via Mjuice.com's popular end-to-end song delivery system, and will be featured for easy playback in the company's secure-MP3 format.
Additionally, Mjuice.com and iSyndicate will distribute free "Picks of the Week" to the affiliate sites. These tracks will be hand-selected by Mjuice.com editors and updated on a weekly basis.

Regularly updated packages of the broadband content will be incorporated into the look and feel of the customer site allowing for a unique rich media experience.
