Appears that the LGE/Zenith lawyers are in panic. They informed my lawyer that they want me to postpone the Nov. 5 hearing on my motion to lift stay. We declined. In fact, they intend to file a motion to stay my motion to lift stay. What are they afraid of?

My derivative suit represents the entire community of Zenith versus LGE and Zenith's directors. Our sole objective is to protect Zenith's best interests.

Contrary to the assertion (paraphrased) made in Bankruptcy court by Zenith Director, T. Kimball Brooker, Federal bankruptcy court actions do not replace the requirement of LGE and Zenith's directors to abide by Delaware corporate law.
