LU Declares Quarterly Dividend, Payable December 1, 1999 MURRAY HILL, N.J., Oct. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Lucent Technologies' (NYSE: LU - news) Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 2 cents ($0.02) per common share, payable December 1, 1999, to shareowners of record November 3, 1999. The dividend will go to about four million shareowners.
