Thanks Mark, well, I have a lot of problems trying to value iwov vs. vign... first of all, I'm not sure they really compete head-on. I've never seen the vign product... iwov is thought highly of at Cisco and a lot of places in the bay area... could be just a local thing though, I don't know.

If iwov keeps signing up all the hot internet customers such as yahoo, cisco and ebay... and vignette gets none, then it is possible iwov will grow into multiples higher than vign... not this quarter though. I agree with your numbers there... ordinarily Iwov might get a higher multiple if they were a small company with a higher growth rate, but actually here their small size is probably impeding growth in this hot market, and after all vignette is small too.

I think iwov is a bit of a sleeper, a product preferred by techies.
