AMZN can't patent "Obvious to one in the art" one click software code BNBN using similar e-commerce software, does not mean it is the same under copyright or patent law. AMZN is proving again that BNBN is its number one competitor, much like microsoft and netscape wars or priceline and microsoft travel software site....remember the movie "Pirates of Silcon Valley" , seems most of microsoft software was either purchase, borrowed, or in the case of Apple...simulated, that is copied form and aesthetic look and feel (what we call windows) of the GUI Apple made. Guess this is just more flattery, that is, imitation.
BNBN is doing great, 19 ^1/2, should see 30 or more by XMAS.
