CIPLA Ltd -Q2 Sales up 24% ($47 mil),Net up 15% ($8 mil) cipla.com 10/25/99 MUMBAI: The net profit of Cipla Ltd has gone up 14.95 per cent during the second quarter to Rs. 35.75 crores from Rs. 31.10 crores in the corresponding period last year. For the half year, the bottomline is up 21.25 per cent to Rs. 67.90 crores from Rs. 56 crores. Sales turnover in the second quarter is up 23.6 per cent to Rs. 199.73 crores (Rs. 161.51 crores), and for the half year it is up 24 per cent at Rs. 400.09 crores (Rs. 322.75 crores)... (Blr)
