Well, Blue is very apologetic, Cheeky, but she had originally thought that once that information was in the public domain, it was not private any more.

Besides, take another look at the TOU. Put your hand on your heart, and ask yourself: how many harassing and/or obscene and/or vulgar, not to speak of just plain objectionable, posts have you seen? Zillions, I'll bet. Now, put your hand on your heart again, and ask yourself: how many of those posts have been punished by termination? Very few, I'll bet -- and that generally was never after a first offense, but after repeated offenses by the individual concerned.

The TOU do not make clear which No Nos are more No No than others.

So perhaps the TOU need to be sharpened up, as I suggested to SI Bob. First, list those offenses (and be specific about them!) that are punishable by death (termination); then, those that call only for a jail sentence (suspension); and finally, those that will get you little more than a slap on the wrist (a warning or reprimand).

Fair enough?
