Tenchusatsu, Barrett owns 2.95 million shares of Intel. intc.com As part of his compensation in 1998 alone he received options to purchase 744,000 shares in 2002 at around $38 bucks. intc.com In the prior years his options incentive was as follows: intc.com I'd say he's got an adequate incentive to keep INTC climbing higher. I hope he enjoys the proceeds from his sale at the same time he leads Intel to higher highs. Doug
