Thanks Ray..boy, your wife's problem is precisely why I didn't go into neurosurgery...very, very tough problem which takes over your life completely...would any of the recent new ipo med sites be of any help...also you could snoop into the various societies associated both with neurology and neurosurgery... all of these societies seem to have user friendly public sites as well...www.ama-assn.org may be a way to get started there..good luck
