Island Reversal is what CSCO chart is doing right now if it goes back
to it's latest lows. Whenever a stock chart show a gap up then the next
day it doesn't go up very much usually on the 3rd or 4th day the the price
reverses to the price before it gapped up.

NASD chart is showing a dead cat bounce. Usually after the bounce,
if the market is going to go higher it will flat line for a time then
go up. If the
market goes below the major low then a bear trap was sprung and everyone
gets caught in a down draft.

I suspect the DOW will test the 200 day moving average.

The Dow has not yet had a volume blow off like last July 17th or
shown a dead cat bounce pattern. I exect more downward movement.
