Since they use stock options an important part of their compensation package, a steep but orderly rise in price would work best for recruiting and retention purposes. Dr. J's management team is brilliant, and no one has ever accused the heavy handed WS manipulators of having an abundance of grey matter. Imho, it would be a mistake to underestimate the Q.
