Well, Microsoft seemed to be very aggressive on the forward expectation of its future earning this time , which is quite different than before , since the trial began , Microsoft always kept a low profile. Why Microsoft changed so much right before the judge is going to make his ruling ?
1) Microsoft already knew the ruling ? or a settlement is in the making ? or just because the trial is almost finished, Microsoft can start its normal business which should not be influence by the trial, no matter the ruling is in Microsoft's favor or not.

2) Or Microsoft was just in sympathy of Intel's earning report ?
