Well, Microsoft will go up if the market moves. There is no big deal if the judge rules against Microsoft , because , it will not be the final round, and the next round will last for years, and business will be as usual . When this case is finally settled, it will be well into 2000, and everything will be changed at that time , and Window may not be a source of major income for Microsoft at that time , and the whole industry may be completely different. All in all , it is the earning and growth will continue drive the stock upward.
If the judge rules for Microsoft, well, you know what will happen. Gap up big time !!!!
