Can't see the connection between Presstek and IOMG.

You said, "...Presstek fell 25 points yesterday and he mentioned that SEC has requested Cabot 'an influential newsletter' to turn in all their newsletters discussing Presstek. I infer that this means that Cabot might be in trouble. DO you still feel Cabot is a reputable source? DO you still feel Cabot is a reputable source? Specially for IOMEGA. Isn't IOMEGA already run up too high."

Well I infer differently.

A) Cabot is available enough that why would the SEC go directly to Cabot for newsletters when they can go to a library or their own archives?

B) What is the direct relationship between Presstek and IOMG in terms of removeable storage devices?

C) Was Cabot the *only* newsletter, source in the world to recommend IOMG? Heaven help us, the SEC will go after Motley Fool, or even this Silicon Investor newsgroup next.

You said, "Do you still feel Cabot is a reputable source for IOMG"
D) Well...when Orange County went bankrupt last year, I didn't see waves of people saying that Merrill Lynch is no longer a reputable source. IOMG's 'reputation' comes from many sources since it's covered by a lot of analysts now. Heck even Dorfman can be called a source now (unfortunately or fortunately depending on someone's viewpoint).

In closing, IOMG may indeed be overvalued, but Cabot's influence for this is just a small part.

Based on trailing quarters, of course IOMG is clearly overvalued. There I said it. But based on future quarters, IOMG doesn't seem overvalued. It's got big expectations, and with the demise of Syquest (which I never really saw as an effective competitor) than IOMG can be more easily 'perceived' - even by IOMG bears - to be more unstoppable today than it was last week.

Best wishes
Ric
