" If we had a mission that we could achieve and at least in not a medium size framework MAKE it a win-win situation for everyone involved."

although i occasionally use the term myself, by definition there is no such thing as a win-win situation. winning is bettering something in a given scenario. surviving is outlasting something.

win-win is just a normal relationship that the loser doesn't object to.

the problem i have with the concept is that losing is bad.
losing is what gives us the opportunity to grow. if you can not lose - why try to better yourself. losing is not something to strive for, but bettering yourself from it is.

i do not mean to step on your ideas. it takes a good and compassionate person to honestly hope for that scenario, which i feel you are. even if the world is a bowl of cherries we still have to deal with the pits. i am behind the idea of assuring that everyone survives, but must insist we keep the concept of winners and losers

don't let them 3~ : )
