Thank you for pointing that fact out. It is the same thing whenever there is an early release of lockup stock, or selling upon the lockup expiry. If there are sellers, the underwriters usually take care of the buyers. Short term dips in these cases become prime buying opportunities more times than not.

Too bad I was an idiot and bought at 62 only to get cold feet and sell at 63 the next day! At least I maintain a core position in the IRA.
