Forgot to ask you a few questions on the above statement the first time around.

Why do you say that AMD's 0.18 will not provide a performance pop?

Intel has already gotten a ~12% jump in MHz going from 0.25 to 0.18, even after the voltage adjustment (2.05 to 1.65?). What kind of pop do you estimate AMD to get? Yes, AMD uses a hybrid process but they also do not take a voltage penalty (i,e., for all you know they may be moving from 1.6 to 1.6).

Please feel free to throw in as much detail as you can - I can definitely use some education on the process side.
