Is this Bush fellow the same guy who disregarded Saddam Hussein as a threat until the day he rolled into Kuwait? If so, pardon me if I'm a little suspicious of his strategic sense. I pose the question, because I seem to have difficulty distinguishing these various men claiming to be George Bush- one served as RR's handmaiden, another almost certainly snorted cocaine and then spent his public career calling for a "tough" anti-drug laws and watching Texas courts hand out horrendous sentences for possession of cocaine. (Under one Bush, a Texas court sentenced 23 year old Melinda George to 99 years in prison for possession of less than a tenth of a gram of cocaine, far less an amount than this same Bush allegedly routinely shoved up his nose before he got religion).

As for ambassadors, well Funderburk was at least more willing to call a spade a spade than was one George Bush who served as ambassador to China!
