ProNetLink.com to Address European Commission and U.S. Government At
Transatlantic Business Dialogue in Berlin

ProNetLink.com Glenn Zagoren Will Work with American and European Government and Business Leaders to Develop
International E-Commerce Recommendations

biz.yahoo.com

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 1999-- ProNetLink.com (NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board: PNLK), the Global Trade Internetwork(TM), today
announced that company Chairman Glenn Zagoren has accepted a joint invitation from the European Commission and the U.S. Department of Commerce to
participate in the 1999 Transatlantic Business Dialogue Conference (TABD) in Berlin, Germany. Mr. Zagoren will participate in the E-Commerce Working Group,
headed by Richard McGinn, Chairman and CEO of Lucent Technologies, where he will deliver a presentation on encryption and commercial content issues facing
the global e-commerce community. As was the case on last week's Presidential Trade Mission to the Middle East, ProNetLink.com will be the only American ``dot
com' company participating in the TABD conference.

Hosted by William Daley, U.S. Secretary of Commerce, Jerome Monod, Chairman of the Supervisory Board for Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux, G. Richard Thoman,
President & CEO of Xerox Corporation, Dr. Martin Bangernann, Member of the European Commission and Sir Leon Brittan, Vice President of the European
Commission, TABD is an international gathering of top business executives for the development of policy recommendations to both the United States Government
and the European Commission. The annual event is cooperative effort between the United States and Europe to bring the best minds in international business
together to foster the growth of trade and investment in the transatlantic marketplace.

``I am delighted to take part in such an important event,' commented Mr. Zagoren. ``As the global marketplace continues to be shaped by e-commerce, there is a
growing need to create consistent guidelines and regulations for the international business community. As the only 'dot com' at the conference and a member of the
working group on e-commerce, ProNetLink.com will work to initiate policies that will facilitate online communication and business development, while at the same
time creating a level playing field for countries of all sizes and economic resources.'

Working Groups at TABD include Standards & Regulatory Policy, Business Facilitation, Global Issues, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and Electronic
Commerce. Each group will be responsible for creating recommendations on major policy issues affecting trade and investment between the United States and the
European Union.

Elevated to Working Group status in 1999, the E-Commerce Group will focus on ensuring the secure and efficient development of global e-commerce in order to
achieve the enormous economic potential of the digital marketplace. In response to U.S. Government and European Commission calls for an industry-led approach,
the group will seek to develop industry consensus on a broad range of issues including protection of personal data, encryption and electronic authentication.

Also participating in the TABD Conference are senior representatives from various American and European government organizations and businesses including:

- Richard Morningstar, U.S. Ambassador to the European Union

Jim Sanford, Director of the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative
Erkki Liikanen, European Commissioner for Enterprise and Information Society

Jurgen Schrempp, Chairman of the Board, DaimlerChrysler (NYSE: DAJ - news)

``The Working Group members represent government organizations and corporations on the cutting edge of global business development,' continued Mr. Zagoren.
``To be included in a group with the likes of Lucent Technologies, DaimlerChrysler, KPMG, Citibank, and BASF will help ProNetLink.com increase its presence on
a global scale and strengthen our position as a market leader. I look forward to the challenge of working with these outstanding executives.'
