Is it just me or are others feeling that the bond market will decouple from the stock market. I sense that in a few days, stock investors are not going to care about the bond yields.

Retail investors are being told to stay away from the bond market by many analysts. Leads me to believe that they will not avoid the stock market---after all can't just put all cash in money market.

As Maria points out, cash keeps coming into mutual funds.

Another point i would make is that in the past the internet stocks have ignored the historical PE models. How would they not ignore slight increases in bond yields. For that matter, I think that applies to the techs in general.
