This Thread Is Gonna Rock...! SStam, I have a feeling your thread here is going to pick up due to TA interests in the stock but especially the options trades today (2010 contracts on the May 35 calls; 705 contracts on the May 40 calls). Even if they don't post, you can be sure a lot of folks are lurking. These options contracts do not appear to indicate hedging. Why would someone write covered calls on the May 35 Call options with very little premium unless they had privy to info. that the stock was going to tank. I don't think so. Indications are that this baby is about to make a move up in the next few weeks, possibly around ratification of the merger. What is the latest short-interest in NEM? I hope to catch some of this action. cyberforce
