One pretty negative issue, and one that a lot of bears have been focused on, doesn't look so good. The DSO of 89 days is worse than anyone's expectation, and LU had to sell $600mm of AR just to get the number that low.

Inventory turn did improve more than most thought (4.5x), though, and that may balance it out some, although given that LU has been promising better A/R numbers that it didn't deliver, there may be a ceiling on this move.

Edit: Question to all of you who follow LU much more closely than I: When does LU ordinarily release its balance sheet? Do I need to wait for the Q?
