I think you've been around long enough to know these share buyback plans rarely ever happen and are done for "cosmetic" reasons. Given the fact ORXX hasn't even filed a Form 10 so we know where the shares went in the first place, the whole concept of announcing a share buyback is actually rather specious. Next thing you know ORXX will be asking people to call in their certs. - Jeff
