Hello Duncan, Globalstar are also issuing rights [expiry about 29 April] to buy 1 new share in GSTRF for every 8.1 something held at a price of $26.50. Latest annual reports make very nice reading.

The first satellite is complete and launch of the first few satellites is scheduled in the next few months with completion mid 1998. All seems to be on target and no worries.

Thanks for the info on the stock split.
