I'm assuming SI has used this criteria to terminate:
B. You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortious, improper or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another.
although it is a guess, as I understand SI does not give any explanations for suspensions or terminations.
exceptions are made all the time to section B in TOU, it's all in the interpretation, which I think is inconsistent. how many times have you seen something 'vulgar, obscene, improper or otherwise objectionable' posted?
the information Cobalt Blue posted was in the public domain on the net. the person she posted about wrote and said it didn't bother him, requesting the she be reinstated. if it doesn't bother him, why should it bother SI?
hard to believe they would terminate someone who does not have a reputation for causing any trouble in over the year she has been here.
have written Jill asking for Cobalt's reinstatement
how charming to welcome everyone! watch it, your reputation is at stake here
