Tench, I say again, I have no doubt the 840 is fast as hell.. I do have a problem with it being positioned (at least temporarily) as the 'preferred' chipset for coppermines on the desktop.. Note the line: The performance advantage you get for the price you pay is worth it If it's fast as hell, and the performance for the price is only 'worth it' it must be pretty fscking expensive too..
