Joe Witty?? That explains a lot. That guy doesn't appear to understand how La Nina affects the various regions of the country, and definitely doesn't understand where Nat Gas is used vs. Heating Oil. He has made numerous irrelevant and inaccurate comments about weather interactions with NG usage in recent weeks and should probably stick to just reporting the actual weather itself.

I'll believe it when I see the NOAA report itself.
