This Winter's Weather

If you want someone to spit out a one sentence forecast like "This winter will be warmer than normal" the move on to another post. If you want to know, and really understand, what the chances are for different types of weather in different areas of the US this winter are: then read on. The link provided give an in depth report of global conditions and how they will effect this winter's weather nationwide. If you actually take the time to read and try to understand it you will find it very interesting.
If you merely skim it you will be lost by the 4th paragraph. At the very bottom are summation links for how this analysis will effect different regions of the country.
