Thank you for calling it as you see it. I think you have some valid concerns, and they echo mine. I have worked with and around INTS and WIND for long enough to be concerned that this merger just simply doesn't make sense from a technical perspective. What's left is sales-and-marketing, and that might make sense, but only if the current customers receive a clear and unambiguous message from WIND management.

Disclosure: I have about 15% of my portfolio in WIND, and had none in INTS. I'm not too enthusiastic about this merger, and I am considering my position carefully. The best I'm hoping for is a temporary slowing in growth due to the acquisition, but that can be pretty bad news for a stock like WIND.
