CORRECTION. Sorry, but I got part of the story wrong. It was SI Bob himself who "terminated" Blue. Here is a "quotable" (unclassified) clarification from him:

It is incorrect to say I didn't terminate Cobalt's account I
did, but upon closer inspection of the whole situation,
reduced it. Part of the reason for the termination was
something that had nothing to do with any public posts
and further inspection revealed that part to be solely our
problem; not Cobalt's, and therefore irrelevant.
