Norman, regarding NSPR, I found this on Yahoo: TAKEOUT PRICE IS $12/SHARE by: WIREACT (35/M/Chicago, IL) 838 of 840 I understand that the buyers are 3 firms: EDS Systems, Hicks and Muse and an unidentified 3rd buyer. I understand that due diligence is done and they are in the bidding stage.
