Kevin--this is just a temporary decline. Most of todays activity was the retail owners taking profit. Institutional trading was not very high. Most of the big boys are holding long term. I look for a big upturn especially on Thursday if the Economic data is favorable. Then I also expect a big increase on Friday as well. The quiet period ends on November 2nd so expect a lot of strong ratings coming on this one.
