BTW- even after they "beat estimates" and announce the split, everyone should be aware that there are around 16 million shares to be unloaded by insiders according to the S-3. These shares were UNAVAILABLE TO SELL before earnings. It's a standard SEC procedure. So, I'd recommend selling into the rally tomorrow morning before these bozos have a chance to flood the market and practically double the outstanding float.
