Board Approves $2.00 Per Share Offer

In-Sports International, Inc. announced today that the Board of
Directors has approved this offer subject to shareholder approval.
President/CEO Sam Serritella said today, "This offer was received and
a Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held at 10 AM Friday, November
19, 1999 at the Holiday Inn on Route 17 South in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ
for ratification and approval at which time details of the offer will
