PSDI building a base. There is still selling pressure as all larger blocks are at close to the low for the day. However, the selling is drying up and most bigger players have already dumped based on volume since the preannouncement. This job opening situation is very promising as I believe the poor first quarter is a result of temporary factors. I expect PSDI to be over 15 within a month.
