STRX: Q: Will you consider offers to sell all of the company or part of it? A: We have always said we would consider any reasonable offer. That goes for both an outright sale of the whole company or an appropriate sale of a division. Certainly we have entertained some expressions of interest recently, particularly for Germany, as we have previously announced. Discussions continue and we will make an announcement if and when we have a substantive agreement. However, there is no guarantee that there will be any such announcement of any sort in this area. Moreover, like the raising of capital, these kinds of discussions often move very slowly, particularly if there is more than one interested party and more than one option.
