This must really be bothering you. Why else would you muster all the FBN nightriding vigilantes to come along and try to spread their special brand of mis(dis)information.
Now, if Bruce Judd was your source of information, and you have strongly hinted that he was, then you and he have violated a very serious court rule concerning discussing what happens in an ENE hearing.
I discussed this earlier today with a couple of rather outstanding attorneys, and you could be in a lot of trouble. If you just fabricated the entire affair, then that's to be expected from you and the side saddle vigilantes.
Hey, how about old Bruce Judd? Think he will resent my saying that if he violated a court rule, he is in serious trouble and if he did reveal information to you, he is also a fool.
Now, if you (or he) takes exception to this, SUE ME.
As for some folks over here hinting that they knew the outcome, it appears that several hinted ... but all I have spoken with have known absolutely nothing about what transpired ... however, you, old gal, stated that you had been told the outcome. Naughty, naughty, naughty.
