All sorts of deals have been going on for the last 15 years between doctors and HMOs
against the patient's best interest. The doctor's salary was much higher the more money
he could save the HMO by with holding tests and care from the patient.
The HMOs run wild because until now you could not sue an HMO.
You could only sue the Doctor. And the HMOs in a mishap would always point
to the doctor and say " sue him ".

That has now changed: HMOs are held responsible if the doctor they
hire screws up because of bad judgment; because they hired the wrong doctor.

So as of next year health care premiums will start to sky rocket again.

Furthermore Congress I think will increase Medicare payment because
it is an election year and they don't want aggrieved seniors going in front of the TV.

The money to pay for all this " more health care will come ,
IMHO, from less money being spent on everything else.
You may even have to start selling MSFT stock to pay for this,
